This is a genuine Sherwood P1710C flange mounted boat engine cooling pump, using raw water intake (river water or sea water) to cool the engine. The Sherwood P1710C is supplied complete with a 12 vane threaded and through key drive flexible neoprene impeller.
The Sherwood P1710C flexible impeller engine cooling pump replaces the Sherwood pump models P1710, P1710-01, P1710-02, P1710-04, P1710A, P1710X and P172, and Caterpillar 4P7168 pumps.
