Clamp-Aid is designed primarily to offer increased protection when working in small environments with hose clips and clamps. Clamp-Aids slide easily over the sharp end of the hose clip band to help protect against the sharp edges.

For people who don't work on engines all the time, the simple visual identification of the different fluid circuits on the engine would be very useful, as most engines are painted all over, including the hoses!
