These products are designed to prevent fuel from overflowing to eliminate waste and pollution. The Racor Lifeguard eliminates fuel vent overflow during refuelling, fitting neatly into the vent line. It is designed to separate air from the fuel forced into the line when refuelling. The air is released while the fuel is sent to the fuel tank.
The Vetus Splash Stop however is designed to connect to the deck plate and prevent overflow of diesel and froth onto the deck or into the water. It also returns the fuel to the fuel tank and ventilates the tank.
