Sierra Marine exhaust manifold elbow 18-1976-2 will fit both port and starboard for Mercruiser MCM / MIE GM V-6 and V-8 engines with centre rise outlet exhaust manifold (2002 & older), as well as Sierra marine manifolds 18-1952-1, 18-1953-2 and 18-1957-2. The Sierra engine exhaust manifold elbow features a 4" hose connection, a 7° down angle and is designed to replace the following manifold elbows:
- Mercruiser Stern Drive 44354A10, 44354A13, 44354A3, 44354A9, 807914A1, 807988A03 & 807988A2
- Barr MC-20-44354
- GLM 51140
- HGE 4354
- Mallory 9-40559

This engine exhaust manifold is ideal for saltwater applications and comes complete with:
18-0897 Exhaust Elbow Gasket
18-4258 Pipe Plug in Black Steel with square drive and 3/4" - 14 NPT (19.1mm) Thread
3x 18-4256 Pipe Plug with 1/4" (6.4mm) Thread
4x 18-8410 Riser Bolt with 3/8" 16 x 5-3/4" Thread (9.5mm-16 x 19.1mm)
