From Monday 6 July, we're introducing the first phase of an enhanced delivery and fulfilment service designed to improve reliability, increase stock availability and create a platform for future service improvements.
As part of LKQ UK & Ireland, LKQ Leisure & Marine is now further integrating with the extensive LKQ logistics network, consisting of over 250 locations, giving you access to one of the UK's largest distribution and delivery operations.
This means your orders will be processed through a more advanced, automated warehouse system and, in many cases, delivered via the LKQ Euro Car Parts delivery fleet.
This investment strengthens how we fulfil and deliver your orders while maintaining the same products, the same expertise and the same friendly teams you've always worked with.
Most importantly, it allows us to combine the specialist knowledge of LKQ Leisure & Marine with the scale, infrastructure and delivery capability of the wider LKQ network.

Deliveries May Arrive Differently
Many orders will now be delivered by an LKQ Euro Car Parts vehicle and driver rather than a third-party courier.
You may notice deliveries arriving in LKQ Euro Car Parts branded vans and uniforms, but rest assured your order is still being supplied and supported by LKQ Leisure & Marine.
We're all part of the same LKQ family, working together to provide an even better service.
Greater Access to Stock
Through closer integration with the wider LKQ network, we're increasing access to stock across our distribution infrastructure.
This means we're better positioned to support customer demand, improve product availability and maintain service levels during peak periods.
Faster, More Accurate Fulfilment
Your orders will now be processed through a highly automated fulfilment environment designed to improve accuracy, efficiency and consistency.
Advanced picking technology helps ensure the right products reach the right customers quickly and reliably, reducing errors and improving service performance.
Your Packaging May Look Different
As more deliveries move onto our own delivery network, some orders may arrive differently from what you've been used to.
Rather than being individually boxed for parcel carrier networks, products may be transported securely in reusable delivery totes and handled directly by our own colleagues throughout the delivery journey.
This reduces unnecessary packaging while ensuring products continue to be delivered with the same care and attention you expect from us.
Please don't be concerned if your order arrives looking different – this is part of our enhanced delivery model and is entirely intentional.
Updated Delivery Communications
You'll continue to receive order confirmations from LKQ Leisure & Marine.
However, delivery notifications, tracking updates and delivery communications may now come from your local LKQ Euro Car Parts branch or delivery network.
Updated Paperwork
You may notice some changes to invoices, delivery notes and accompanying paperwork.
In some cases, these documents may display LKQ Euro Car Parts branding or details relating to the fulfilment location supporting your delivery.
While the appearance may be slightly different, your products, pricing and support remain unchanged.
Premium Courier Deliveries
For deliveries that continue to utilise a parcel carrier, we're moving our premium delivery service from FedEx to DPD.
Customers can continue to expect a fully tracked delivery experience with high levels of service and visibility.
Split Deliveries
To provide the fastest possible service and maximise product availability, some orders may occasionally arrive in multiple deliveries. This may happen when products are sourced from different locations within the LKQ network, meaning your paperwork may also differ between delivery networks.
Where this occurs, we'll always aim to get products to you as quickly as possible rather than delay an entire order waiting for stock consolidation.

We're working towards extending order cut-off times, giving customers greater flexibility to place orders later in the day while still benefiting from our market-leading service levels.

Ongoing improvements to our delivery capability and service coverage, helping us offer customers greater choice and responsiveness.
Continued Stock Optimisation
Greater access to inventory across the wider LKQ network, improving availability and helping us better support your business requirements.
