A high quality, bitumen-based coating for boat hulls. The coating can be applied to suitably prepared wood, steel and cast iron. It can be used without a primer/undercoat and can only be over-coated with another bitumen-based product.
Substrates should be clean, dry and free from any loose flaking material. The blacking can be applied by roller or brush and cleaned/thinned using white spirit. It dries to an off gloss finish and has a coverage of 10 -12 square meters per litre.
