V6 (229 & 262 cu. in.) models:

Small Block V8 (302-351 cu. in.) models:
- 215, 225, 233, 255 & 888
Big Block V8 (454 cu. in.) models:
- 330, 340 & 7.4L
The gasket is suitable for use with Sierra manifolds (18-1952-1, 18-1957-1, 18-1958 & 18-1962), manifold spacers (18-1908 & 18-1985), risers / elbows (18-1970-1, 18-1974, 18-1976-1 & 18-1976-2) and is included in the 18-8554 mounting kit.
