A kit consisting of the Quick GP2 1500 horizontal on-deck windlass suitable for boats from 6-10 meters (20-33 ft), a 12V T6415-12 contactor unit, a windlass handle, windlass panel switch and a hydro magnetic circuit breaker 50A. This GP2 1500 model of windlass has an anodized aluminium in hard oxide base and an epicyclical gearbox that provides much higher efficiency (+40% compared to equivalent traditional gearboxes).
The windlass features an 8mm gypsy which is suitable for 8mm DIN 766, 8mm ISO and 5/16" G4 chain, as well as 1/2" (12.7mm) rope. (PLEASE NOTE these values refer to a three-strand polyester rope with a rope/chain splice manufactured with the Quick system).
Product contents include the windlass (on deck unit and motor gearbox), contactor unit, base gasket, handle, windlass panel switch, hydro magnetic circuit breaker, bolts and screws (for assembly), drill template, user's manual and conditions of warranty.
