This Maestrini siphon break valve is made from DZR brass. It is used to operate anti-siphon loops (41006+) typically on board boats where equipment is installed below the waterline, such as engine intakes, wet exhausts and marine toilet systems.
The siphon break valve is fitted with a check ball to prevent siphoning from taking place and a pin to minimise ball rotation.
