Maestrini threaded skin fitting made from bronze. This material is tough and corrosion resistant making it suitable for exposure to sea water. A skin fitting connects to a threaded pipe and is designed for through hull applications. This skin fitting features a traditional domed head style and is supplied with a bronze fixing nut. It has a long thread making it suitable for commercial applications as well as leisure.
Please Note: All fittings used for through hull applications must be correctly electrically bonded to ensure protection from electrolytic corrosion. Bronze is highly suitable for below waterline through hull applications.
