The Lectrotab ALC-2S is a microprocessor based trim tab control that automatically adjusts your trim tabs to maintain a level boat and a comfortable ride. Correct trim tab positioning also improves fuel economy and reduces roll (side to side movement) and pitch (fore to aft movement). It includes LED tab position indicators which will automatically dim in darkness and brighten in sunlight. The panel is a simple upgrade from existing rocker switches or the Lectrotab oval controls, and is suitable for 12V or 24V systems. The control panel is completely sealed and waterproof and it will not deteriorate in sunlight.
This control panel will automatically adapt to varying sea conditions and will also recognise when you are turning and will cease corrections. It also includes an internal GPS so no external antenna or network is required. Additionally, it can be wired to the ignition key to automatically retract tabs when switched off, and when turned back on again they will return to the last position used.
The ALC-2S automatic levelling control panel is a second station panel for use with the Lectrotab ALC-2D or ALC-1D. An external power module is required for dual station setups. The panel comes complete with 2 year warranty and CE approval for compliance with EMC regulations.
