Flojet 1740002 inline strainer filter for use with electric diaphragm fresh water pumps. This filter fits on the inlet side of the pump to trap grit and particles, helping prevent damage being caused to the inside of the pump.
The Flojet strainer is made from plastic, with a clear lid for inspection, 40 mesh stainless steel filter screen and 15mm (1/2") hose connections. The lid can be easily screwed off to allow quick cleaning and servicing of the filter.
