Seaflow coolant water intake transfer hose is available in two types:
4126++ is a clear, see through hose with a single steel reinforcing spiral to prevent collapse. The see through outer allows visual inspection of the flow of water into the engine cooling system pump. Can also be used for water transfer.
4123++ is a heavy duty water intake and transfer hose, with textile plies and steel reinforcing spiral to prevent collapse / burst. Seaflow 4123++ is also flame retardant, which means that in the event of an engine room fire, this intake hose will resist fire damage longer than standard intake hose. If the intake pipe is damaged, the incoming water may well extinguish the flames, but may also sink the vessel.
