This level sender has the ability to measure the water level contained within a tank, whether it be a holding tank or fresh water tank. An alarm can be programmed to sound when the level in this tank exceeds 80% or drops below 20%. The sender is rated IP65 and does not need to be calibrated. These water senders are accurate to 2% and are available in many sizes between 10cm and 100cm, as listed below.
These water level sensors are suitable for use with European or American resistance gauges, resistance is changed by removing an external jumper mounted on the top of the sender.
When Height is less than 30cm : 1cm.
When Height is between 30cm and 60cm : 2cm.
When height is greater than 60cm : 3cm.
Resistance: 3-180 ohms (European) or 240-33 ohms (American)
