Our Company

Arleigh International Ltd, a Euro Car Parts company, acquired ASAP Supplies in May 2017. Based in Suffolk, ASAP is one of the UK’s largest stockists of marine equipment and spare parts.

Established in 1989, ASAP provides a huge breadth of marine products for customers’ maintenance, repair and overhaul projects. ASAP’s offerings are supported by a highly-skilled customer service team that provide guidance across its vast product mix of more than 70 trusted brands.

Martin Gray, CEO of Euro Car Parts, said: “ASAP Supplies is a complementary fit with Arleigh and is a further enhancement of Euro Car Parts’ Specialist Products Division. This agreement further cements Arleigh as the market-leading distributor of products to the UK caravan, leisure and marine markets.

ASAP Supplies are a member of the British Marine Federation, the Marine Trades Association, the Canal Boatbuilders Association (membership no. 190), and BMF Engines & Equipment Manufacturers Association.

2019 - We are extremely delighted to have picked up the ‘Customer Focus Award - SME’ at the UK Customer Satisfaction awards 2019, recognising the hard work we put in to ensure our customers are at the centre of our operations and strategies. A very proud achievement for ASAP!

2018 - We are proud to announce that we have once again been awarded the ‘Excellence in Customer Service Award’ for 2018 by the Lowestoft Chamber of Commerce - another great achievement and we couldn't have done it without our customers!

2017 - For the 2nd time in 3 years, ASAP has been awarded the ‘Excellence in Customer Service Award’ by the Lowestoft Chamber of Commerce - a great achievement.

2017 - ASAP Supplies have been acquired by Arleigh International, a Euro Car Parts Company. As a business, we will continue to trade as ASAP Supplies and maintain the familiar and high quality service that they have established over 27 years. We have a highly skilled team, that we believe will strengthen with the collaboration of our businesses, and it is very much business as usual for our customers and suppliers. Read more here.

2017 - We have now introduced a second van delivery service, in order to meet the demands of our Norfolk customers. This is in addition to our Suffolk van run on Wednesdays.

2017 - ASAP Supplies were awarded with the Boating Business Website Award at the MTA awards at the 2017 London Boat Show. We also signed an agreement with ZF Services UK at the show to become a distributor for their products.

2016 - We were delighted to get through to the finals of the Institute of Customer Service ‘SME Customer Focus Award’. Unfortunately we were pipped to the post – but being selected and receiving the recognition of the dedicated service team are a proud achievement for all at ASAP!

2016 - To meet our customers changing needs, we have opened a trade and Public counter – our 14,000 items off the shelf now available at our counter. We also extended our opening hours - 8 until 6 Mon to Friday and 8.30 to 12.30 on Saturday.

2015 - The ASAP van hits the road – back by popular demand. Our van is delivering locally on a Wednesday to get products out to our customers.

2015 - We are proud to have been awarded the ‘Excellence in Customer Service Award’ by the Lowestoft Chamber of Commerce in November 2015.

2015 - Our now former Director & Co-Founder, Peter Edwards - received the ‘Boating Business Lifetime Achievement Award’ at the MTA BB Awards ceremony held at London Boat Show 2015

2015 - For the 2nd time in 4 years, ASAP were presented the "Sales Growth Achievement 2014" award from the world leaders in fuel filtration - Parker Racor.

2014 - Runner up for "Best Marine Company to Work for" at the BMF Awards.

2014 - Our Managing Director, Shaun Wigley, is appointed Vice Chairman of BMF East Anglia.

2012 - Peter Edwards (our former Director & Co-Founder) appointed Vice Chairman to BMF Commercial Marine.

2012 - Shaun Wigley awarded the "Scott Deverell Young Business Person of the Year Award" at the MTA awards at the London Boat Show.

2011 - Parker Racor Sales award for outstanding sales of Racor Filter and Racor Watermaker products.

2010 - ASAP Supplies continued to meet the Investment In People standard passing our re-assessment with flying colours.

2009 - National Environmental award issued by the Marine Trades Association (MTA) for doing the most to promote marine environmental awareness.

2006 - International Distributor of the Year award by Centek Industries, USA, manufacturers of GRP Exhaust components and tubing.

2004 - Peter Edwards (our former Director & Co-Founder) awarded Marine Trades Association "Personality of the Year for 2003" and elected Chairman of the Marine Engine & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEEMA)

2001 - IIP award as ASAP Supplies met the Investment in People standard.

Peter Edwards (our former Director & Co-Founder) was a member of the steering group for The Green Blue, an exciting environmental awareness initiative by the British Marine Federation and the Royal Yachting Association. Peter is also a member of the British Marine Federation "Environment and Boating Facilities Service", offering some of the best environmental and planning advice to the trade.

We always pride ourselves on our support to our customers and were delighted to be awarded the ‘Excellence in Customer Service Award’ at the Lowestoft & Waveney Chamber of Commerce Awards, in November 2015. The awards ceremony highlights the talent, excellence and inspiration that shines in the business world and recognises companies and individuals for the outstanding work that they are doing as well as the contribution they are making to our local economy.

Needless to say, we would like to thank the Lowestoft & Waveney Chamber of commerce, Essex & Suffolk Water, all the staff at Ivy House Hotel and not forgetting our dedicated and valued team, all of whom made this event such a special and unforgettable occasion.

In 2016, we didn't put forward an application for the award, but we did in 2017 and we came back and won it again! We are so proud to be regularly recognised for our Customer Service, and we hope this shows through to you in all our interactions.
