We specialise in sending equipment not just to the UK but to anywhere in the World. We use many of the World's most popular Carriers to ensure your delivery arrives where you want it and when you want it.

We use carriers more than First Class Post (which is not a traceable service) because we need to offer a secure, "signed-for" delivery. First Class Post is not a "guaranteed" service, and as such Royal Mail will not accept a claim for a lost item until 15 working days have passed since the item was posted.

Please note that if you select First Class Post or Royal Mail Special Delivery we are unable to deliver your goods to a "safe place"; they must be delivered directly to the delivery address given.

We want everything to arrive safe and sound, intact and on time. We have chosen our carriers to maximise these needs and to ensure that our valued customer gets what they want when they want it.

Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to deliver to the following places;

• PO Box Addresses
• Individual Boats (Please provide us with a Marina Office delivery address)

Carriage Options

Our carriage options to the UK include next day delivery, timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries. We also deliver to anywhere in the World and are happy to try and accommodate your requirements.

Worldwide Delivery

We deliver worldwide using TNT, FedEx and Royal Mail's Airmail and Airsure services.

Airmail parcels are usually delivered within three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and five days for the rest of the world, following the day of posting. Airmail parcels are not traceable.

Airsure provides priority handling and can be up to one day faster than Airmail. Airsure parcels are traceable.

Delivery Times

Many of the items in our catalogue are available for immediate despatch. Most other items are available within 7 days or quicker. However, a few items can take up to 28 days to obtain or longer.

We will always advise you if we are out of stock or if the item is a non-stock Special Order part. If your order is required in connection with the involvement of other parties, e.g. to carry out work, we would advise allowing extra time in case of matters beyond our control, such as transport problems or adverse weather, which could mean we are not able to keep to our usual speedy and reliable delivery times.

Carrier deliveries may cost more than the standard postal service, but provide security and traceability, giving you peace of mind.

Postage & Packing Costs

We are able to provide "Next Working Day" services to all of England and some of Southern Scotland (orders must be placed before 3pm), and standard carrier delivery services to the entire World. Next Working Day carriage starts at £5.25, however all carriage prices are subject to variation based on order value, weight, volume, urgency and delivery area.

In the majority of cases it is a quick service. If you want it ASAP from A.S.A.P. - you get it ASAP. Next day carriers allow us to offer a first class delivery service. It also allows you the Customer to choose the day, and often the time of delivery. If we send on a 3-4 day service, it may be less expensive but it maybe 3 or 4 days. Not good when you need it in a hurry. We offer you the option to choose the service to suit you. Secondly, because we send most parcels on this service, we get a good rate, and we pass that on. Fuel prices have seen our carriage prices increase for which we apologise, but that is something we cannot control. We try to keep prices low, but cannot do it for nothing. Thirdly, due to the non-standard nature and size of marine equipment, we do include in the carriage cost a small charge for boxes, packing and labels.

Rest assured we are always negotiating with our carriers and the more parcels we send, the bigger the negotiating stick we can use. Thanks to all of our customers who have helped us get this far. We appreciate your support and hope you appreciate our efforts to serve you better.

Super Saver & Carriage Free Delivery

We offer Carriage Free and Super Saver delivery options on certain orders subject to the order value, weight, delivery destination and dimensions. Our Carriage Free and Super Saver delivery options are available throughout the UK mainland for orders over £250.00 (Nett ex-vat) subject to dimensions.

Collections

We operate a "collection only" service, whereby you can collect your order from our warehouse, all packaged and ready to go.

We require at least 2 hours from the time your order was placed, until the time you collect. In addition, where possible, and to provide you with a better service, we kindly request you inform the Sales team of the estimated date and time of collection.

Please be aware that we offer this as a "collection only" service. We do not operate an "over the counter" service and will therefore not be able to offer any technical advice, process new orders, or accept payment over the collections counter. Collections must be paid for when the order is placed.
