We are pleased to introduce the NEW range of Seaflow Manicoolers for heat exchanger cooled marine diesel engines.
Designed for small to mid sized engines, the Seaflow manicoolers can be used on boat propulsion engines or gensets, Seaflow heat exchanger cooled exhaust manicoolers have a cooling tube bundle fitted.
The extruded aluminium body lends itself to being machined, allowing the savings in manufacturing time to be passed on with a cost effective cooling unit. Bespoke 'one off' manicoolers or 'small batch' runs are also possible if the engine type you want to marinise is not listed.
Quality is assured, as each Seaflow manicooler uses gunmetal end caps and heat exchanger versions are fitted with a floating 90/10 cupro/nickel tubestack and zinc anode. Each Seaflow exhaust manicooler is factory pressure tested too.
