Foot valves are a type of check valve which only allows water to flow in one direction and feature a larger flow area than the pipe size so there is less head loss. These Maestrini foot valves are constructed from brass. The foot valves have a slotted base that can be removed for easy cleaning if required. The threaded BSP Female ports are suitable for connection to a pipe or hose tail.
