2011 Parker Racor Sales award for outstanding sales of Racor Filter and Racor Water Maker products.
2010 A.S.A.P. Supplies continue to meet the Investment In People standard passing our re-assessment with flying colours.
2009 National Environmental award issued by the Marine Trades Association (MTA) for doing the most to promote marine environmental awareness.
2006 International Distributor of the Year award by Centek Industries, USA, manufacturers of GRP Exhaust components and tubing.
2001 IIP award as A.S.A.P. Supplies meet the Investment in People standard.
Peter Edwards our Chief Executive, is a member of the steering group for The Green Blue, an exciting environmental awareness initiative by the British Marine Federation and the Royal Yachting Association. Peter is also a member of the British Marine Federation "Environment and Boating Facilities Service", offering some of the best environmental and planning advice to the trade.

2011 has seen another great year of progression and growth for A.S.A.P. Supplies. This has been topped off by being presented with a top sales award for the fiscal year by Parker Racor, for sales of Racor Filtration and Water Maker products. We have to thank you, our incredibly loyal customers, for choosing to purchase your Racor products from us.
With original founders Peter Edwards and Mark Reynolds still being actively involved in the everyday life of the business, the board of directors has been enhanced by the fresh, new ideas from Shaun Wigley (Operations Director), and with the wealth of experience from our non executive chairman Keith Gregory, we continue to do our utmost to provide the best levels of customer service and stock availability possible, despite the difficult economic times.
Our investment in new technology has seen the website continue to grow in popularity and functionality and we continue to enhance it regularly. Recent changes include improvements to the technical library, navigation images and reduced section click through. Social networking has also become popular, with an increasing number of loyal followers watching for information, news and discount codes via Facebook and Twitter.
We have a new look boat show stand, which was seen for the first time at the Southampton Boat Show in September of this year.
To meet our customers and our own high level of customer expectations we have made a huge commitment to stock to ensure that we can supply as many of the items that you need when you need them. We have also increased the range of products we supply, to offer you even more equipment choice. These include:

- Clamp Aids: Protection from your sharp hose clip end tails and colour coding for your fluid lines. Enhanced product range.
- Seaflow Engine Manicoolers: Manifolds and spares for small engines such as Kuboto & Isuzu. New product range and spares support.
- Racor Village Marine Tech Water Makers: Service spares support from stock. New Water Makers available to order. New product.
- 4Dek: Expanded range of 4Dek marine deck equipment, including hardware and fittings, clips, locks and latches.
- Drive Force: New range of non metallic GRP cased shaft bearings
Seaflow Thermex Manicoolers: For small Isuzu, Kubuta, Perkins & Daewoo marine engines.
Jubilee Hose Clips: We are proud to directly distribute the Jubilee brand of hose clips and clamps.
A.S.A.P. Supplies has also purchased a new van to help fulfil our customer expectations. It displays the A.S.A.P. Supplies logo as well as product brand logos. When you see the van out & about, you know that we remain busy and are endeavouring to meet all our customers' needs. In 2010 we made some big changes in order to accommodate the growing expectations of our varied and valued customers.
2010 saw A.S.A.P. upgrade to a new accounting system, which has allowed us to process your orders faster and more efficiently than ever before.
2010 also saw us launch our brand new website, developed in response to customer feedback and our desire to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.
In direct response to your feedback, we have included the following features in our new website:
- My Account section.
- Larger range of images.
- More product descriptions.
- Technical Library section.
- Improved search facility.
- Competitive variety of carriage options.
At the end of 2009 we bid farewell to Nigel Edwards, our Technical Sales Director, followed in the spring by Paul Evans, our Financial Director. They are both now enjoying their retirement. Shaun Wigley has been welcomed to the board of Directors as Operations Director. |
